Cultural Appreciation Week

To celebrate the school’s diversity, we have a number of events lined up next week including:

• a cultural showcase on Wednesday and Thursday in E6.  Students can contribute items for display.
• an exploration of books by diverse authors in the Library
• the opportunity to bring in traditional foods for a World Food Sale at break and lunch on Friday 28^th with donations to support ‘Diverse City’, a performing arts company where social justice and culture meet.  

The week culminates on Friday with the opportunity for students and staff to wear cultural dress or the colours of your country’s flag for a £2 donation to our Hemisphere programme.  Our caterers, Innovate, will also be serving up some cultural delicacies for break and lunch.
